Independent Care Consultants only provide Social Care tender writing services for contracts relating to Domiciliary and Community Care, Supported Living and Complex Needs.

With 28 years direct experience in Social Care, we are excellently placed to ensure you a better chance of success. Theoretical knowledge alone will not win you a social care tender.

We never use inexperienced writers or Associates. All of the responses and submissions we write on your behalf are specific to your organisation and are never ‘re-used’. We work remotely, so have limited overheads, and savings are then passed down to our clients. Additionally, our working hours are not generic 9-5 office hours. We work around your needs and use all the time required to complete services to an exceptional standard.

You need to consider whether or not you can meet the specification and will only write social care tenders on your behalf if you have a high chance of success. Some social care tender responses require more experienced care providers, whilst others welcome new providers. Whatever your status, we will support you to ensure you are ‘bid ready’.

Unfortunately not; no social care tender writer can guarantee you will be awarded a contract, although your chance of success is elevated if you use an experienced tender writer. A tender writer with specific and direct experience in health and social care, and not just theoretical knowledge.

Not all tender writing organisations are knowledgeable of Social Care in practice. Those with limited or only theoretical knowledge will not help your success and can ultimately be very costly to you. A large portion of the tender writing we complete is for providers who previously used inexperienced social care tender writers and the submission was unsuccessful. You will probably only get one shot at this, as generally social care tenders are awarded for a certain period of time. You will not get the chance to apply again until the contract is put out to tender again, or additional providers are required.

Costs depend on a number of factors and relate to the complexity of the tender, the length of the required responses (word count) as well as the submission deadline. Any financial outlay to you as a provider needs to be balanced against your chance of success. Our costs are transparent and fixed, so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. There are no hidden extras or ‘add-ons’.
